How soon before an Event should I make a booking? |
| We recommend making contact at least 2 months prior to your event. The earlier you contact us the better we are able to assist. We will consider last minute requests however it will depend on staff availability. | |
| Yes. Southcare Medical carries insurance which covers us for medical malpractice and public liability for all our personal. Further information is available on request. | |

Do you travel to regional/coutry areas to cover events? |
Yes. Southcare Medical will provide services to any regional/country area. Our quote however, may also include accommodation and travel fees for our staff. Please contact us for further information. | |

Are discounts offered for Community or Non Profit Groups? |
| We always try to keep our costs to a minumum for these types of groups. | |

Do you have volunteer staff? |
No. All our staff are paid employees, however we are happy to work in conjuction with First Aid Volunteers. | |

Payment for a course is to be paid in full 7 days before the start of the course. |

How do we pay you for your event services? |
| For all events we require a $100 deposit at booking (if booking made more than 7 days before event) we then ask for 50% of quoted fee payable 7 days before the start of the event and the remaining balance within 14 days after event finish. For smaller events the total fee (minus deposit) is payable within 14 days of event finish. | |

If someone is treated at our event does Southcare Medical charge us or the patient for this service? |
No. The fee you pay for our service at your event covers the cost of our medical staff, treatment given,supplies will have an additional cost if we use it. There are no treatment invoices given to the patient. | |
