An appointment is required to see your doctor. This can be booked online via Health Engine or by phoning the surgery.
An SMS reminder of your appointment can be sent the day prior. Please ask reception if you would like this service.
Appointments are made at 10-minute intervals. Please book a longer appointment for:
Car parking is available onsite at the rear of both premises.
New patients are welcome. Please book a long appointment if you are a new patient.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment so we can complete all the necessary new patient registration.
We appreciate that at times you are unable to make your appointment. Please provide as much notice as possible so that we can allocate this appointment to someone else. A cancellation fee may apply for non attendance without notification.
If you require a translator to attend your consult or Auslan booking service please let our reception staff know and we can arrange this for you. Please ensure you provide as much notice as possible to arrange this service.
If you have cold or flu like symptoms please let reception know. We will see patients face to face but will ask that you wait outside and wear a mask. Your consult will be in a different part of the building so please phone reception on arrival. This is for the protection of our staff, doctors and other patients in the waiting room. We can also arrange a phone consultation if this is appropriate.
