GP Training
Southcare Medical Services has a long tradition as a teaching practice. We are accredited under RACGP for training GPT1 through to GPT3 registrars.
We are passionate about general practice and the next generation of general practitioners. We provide high quality teaching and access to experienced doctors. We offer training in iron infusion, mirena, ultrasound and also offer a skin clinic. Dr Alex Jaksic and Dr Helen Murray are the primary supervisors, and are well supported by all the doctors working at the practice who make themselves available to answer questions and support registrars. We are mindful of the workload of registrars and can offer flexible working arrangements.
