Your privacy is important and we abide by the accreditation and legislative standards. All persons working on the premises are required to sign a privacy agreement.

Your medical information will only be disclosed under certain specific circumstances, such as:

  • For the diagnosis and treatment of your problem including communicating with practice staff, specialists and other healthcare providers involved in your care.
  • For the billing of professional fees.

If you wish for others to be able to discuss any appointment, accounting or clinical information such as results then you can compete a third party authority form giving your consent for them to access this information. Patients over 16 years of age must give consent for a parent to access any of their information.
