You are welcome to contact the surgery to obtain your results. Where results require follow up you will be contacted by your doctor, nurse or staff member to make an appointment.
We can also now provide results via SMS, or send copies electronically to your email. However, we require your written consent to do this. Please complete the consent form and return to the surgery, or ask at reception for a consent form.
